I've been trying to get Weather With You (Crowded House) right for ages. It's
at Nevada and also at a Crowded House site somewhere (I forget where), but
neither version seems correct to me.
Here's what I play (based on the album version and on an acoustic version I
heard on the radio a few months ago - which is where I heard the Em7-Asus4
clearly for the first time).
Does anybody have any helpful corrections or advice, especially with the
transition to the chorus which never sounds right whatever I try?

Here comes Weather With You by Crowded House.
I have tried to pick the chords from the record, but I'm not sure
if they're right.
Comments would be appriciated.
THE WEATHER WITH YOU
Intro : Em Am
And the guitar goes something like this, I believe.......
--00000-0-0-2-3---00000-0-0-2-3---00000-0-0-2-3---0------|
---------------------------------------------------3-2-0-|
---------------------------------------------------------|
---------------------------------------------------------|
---------------------------------------------------------|
---------------------------------------------------------|
repeat until KeyPressed..........
Em A
Walking round the room singing stormy weather
Em A
at 57 mt Pleasant street
Em A

Dm C Dm C

Dm C F
strange affliction wash over me
Dm C Dm C Dm C F
Julius ceasar and the roman empire couldn't conquer the blue sky
Now there's a G major chord, an then back to INTRO.
Then over to 2nd verse.
Em A
There's a small boat made of china
Em A
it's going nowhere on a mantelpiece
Em A
well do I lie like a loungeroom lizard
or do I sing like a bird released
At the ene of the verse something strange happens. I can't figure the chords.
If anyone does, please mail me !
Anyway, let's move on to the refrain :
A (G) D (I'm not sure 'bout the G chord)
Everywhere you go always take the weather with you
A (G) D
Everywhere you go always take the weather
A (G) D
Everywhere you go always take the weather with you
A G
Everywhere you go always take the weather
A Em (and we're back on INTRO)
The weather with you
Then, at the end of the song, they go something like :
A G
Everywhere you go always take the weather
F#m G A
Take the weather - the weather with you
As stated, I'm not quite sure of all this. Therefore, feel free to tell me
about any mistakes I may have made. Thanks.
