If not, I apologize. It's not too hard to figure out, though. JUST LISTEN TO THE SONG.

Am- you can play that
F- and that
G- that too

For the other part of the verses, "two soft voices..", it's something like

C, Am, F, C
Am, C, F

when they sing "a song for.." at the end, I generally fingerpick some chord I forgot the 
for. It's this: xx3210. F something.

Please understand that taking my advice is not always the best idea, as I am not the 
of person to be completely thorough in these endeavors, and have, as you can see, left most 
the playing up to you.
